Why do people running?? to have healthy life or to have a perfect fit body, build muscle or losing or at the same time to gain weight..oh so many answer to list down..different people different thought..i love to see people running and it is inspired me a lot to be one of them..
One day i decided to run..i woke up early, attempted to run for at least 10 minutes and yeay i managed to run in successfully..i did it solo without any trainer..so, i keep this activity continuously..i started running 9 months ago but i stopped it for a while due to illness i have which is asthma.. i cannot do this in consistently..
Running is not my passion yet but i hope it will someday..i still remember my first run on September 2015, with my run buddy, tika..we took 5km and we did it to finisher line..well actually i didn't run, i just walk, then run again and only managed to run 1.60 km only for around 15 minutes..that was cheat haha but i enjoyed a lot..
Being a runner is not that easy, you need to have a lot of energy, stamina and strong body..but if you want to have healthy life..there will be no excuses for that.."if there is a will, there is a way"..okey i think it is enough for today..i'm just newbie and i am still learning, training, practicing myself in order to be a good runner jyeahhhh keep strong..
